Criner applies talc next.
The talc serves to absorb and

The stones will now "rest" and we willl come back later.

Finished drawing,
 by Houston artist Sheila Swift,

is now ready for the next stage of preparation, as presented above. The stone will then be ready for Sheila to pull her prints at the Museum of Printing History, in Houston, Texas..
